45 apartments are for individuals and families escaping homelessness, and rents will not be higher than 30% of the individual or family’s income.
While the remaining 45 offer stability for those facing housing challenges, will be for “workforce” individuals and families earning up to $56,000 a year, and rents will probably be, depending on inflation.
This isn’t just about four three-story buildings with stylish apartments.
