HfH Supportive Housing Residential Services

At HfH Supportive Housing, we care for some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Across our 93 properties, we serve Veterans, individuals and families impacted by substance use or mental health challenges, people utilizing housing vouchers, and those who—through sudden job loss, illness, or financial hardship—have been forced to choose between paying rent and caring for their loved ones. We provide a safe place to recover, rebuild, and regain stability.

Transitional Housing & Supportive Services

For those working toward independence, we offer transitional housing that provides structure, stability, and access to the services needed to move forward. Our programs help residents strengthen life skills, improve financial stability, and prepare for long-term housing success.

Comprehensive Case Management

Our Case Managers partner with each resident to create an individualized Case Plan that identifies both short- and long-term goals. Through ongoing support, motivation, and recognition of each milestone, our staff helps residents stay engaged and encouraged.

Residents also have access to:

  • Substance use treatment and recovery support
  • Mental health counseling and therapy referrals
  • Budgeting and financial education classes
  • Employment services, including job readiness and placement support
  • Connections to social service providers throughout Brevard County

Crisis Intervention & Ongoing Assistance

When a resident faces a crisis, our team responds with timely, professional support. Whether someone is struggling with relapse, experiencing a mental health episode, or facing sudden instability, we link them to the right services to keep them safe and housed.

Affordable & Supportive Housing

We provide affordable, accessible housing for individuals and families with housing instability. Regardless of income, credit history, or circumstance, we offer stable housing and the appropriate supports needed to help people live safely and independently.
